(FED) Tab to button (canned search) and screen reader to announce label id #129

In canned search button for iKnow, Accessibility, Safe travels are read simply as 'button'. There is no further information when you tab to them. When you click them with the mouse 'iKnow Scotland' and 'Accessibility guide' and 'Safe travels' are read out
