Removes those un-needed fontawesome styles (I didn't realise we'd previously modified the fontawesome.scss base file to exclude them so was surprised by the build failing when I replaced it, will update the docs to reflect just the set of files that should be replaced on update), and sets the correct icon shortcode for all the custom icons we use in CSS as those have all been updated by the switch to the new kit - hence the odd looking Storybook changes in this PR https://github.com/visitscotland/vs-component-library/pull/364
