There should be only one copy of hda_code directory #2

Currently, there are two copies of hda_code: one in this git repository, another in the dataset download. This is confusing and difficult to maintain (you would need to keep 2 versions of the same thing manually synchronized).

Suggestion: keep only the git code, get rid of the one inside the dataset.

Great success! When you create/distribute the dataset in the future, please make sure that you use the structure without the hda_code part now. :)
