How can we encourage more contribution to OSS than today?

Improve knowledge among developers: #1 and #3
Ensure everyone knows why OSS contributions are good for individual developers and Visma as a whole
Ensure everyone knows it can be used as a personal or organizational goal/OKR
Ensure everyone knows it should be regarded as a positive in performance reviews
Investigate possibilities of direct financial contributions from Visma to OSS projects

Tasks:

[ ] Update internal documentation: PDAB OSS
[ ] Update internal documentation: DevPath
[ ] Update internal documentation: Creating great teams and products: Making team goals / OKRs for tech
[ ] Update internal documentation: Creating great teams and products: How to set good goals per role
[ ] Communicate on Visma Space / email
[ ] Organize a Visma Talk: Summarizing this project + getting a few OSS enthusiasts in Visma sharing their story
