Hey I’m facing issue when trying Force close background apps On android TV

Hey, Is the app info screen not loading when selecting apps? Could you also also specify android version of your TV?

Yes . when start he stuck on white screen with error message Android Version: 9 Smart_TV

Could you please specify what the error message is? Does it show "Your device doesn't seem to offer this feature"?

The device manufacturer has not implemented the necessary API. This is usually the case if they want to prevent users from being able to poke around with their proprietary apps. Could you please specify the manufacturer of your Smart TV; Just so as to alert future Smart TV buyers regarding this.

As the API is not implemented there is nothing we can do about it. However we will keep the issue open so that future users can also mention their Smart TV manufacture names if they face similar issue.
