Refactor test_repo for updating depends correctly. #174

Description:
  If we create a new test and added to tests.cmake, sasl_jit_test will not be updated.

This issue was updated by revision 2b66f34bd04c.

SASL:
  Move auto test files from sasl_test_cases to sasl_test_repo.
  Now project will be updated when new repo added.
