This PR adds tracking of all request handled by the listeners. It includes:

a completely rewritten request handling mechanism that centralizes the tracking responsibility in the listener code
a new screen in the Admin UI to track the requests coming through. This required:
- infrastructure to route and navigate between pages
- infrastructure to send messages from the admin backend to the frontend in real time using websockets
