Created a new module for the Github integrations
moved some code from the sidebar module

missing : do something with the stargazers count

Disclaimer : I usually write haskell, it's the first time I write some react and I have no idea what's going on.

By the way, don't worry about the GitHub API rate limits. Storing a token, etc. I'll take it.
