Support for binder #24

[x] Add some files so Binder knows how to setup a working env.
[x] Rebase this once #23 is merged.
[x] Update nbsphinx_prolog in conf.py so our examples get a link to binder.
[x] Make video example work (maybe via just imageio-ffmpeg)?
[x] ~Maybe wait for releases of vispy and wgpu-py, so that the corresponding examples work too.~ Add a note to the examples that may not work yet because they need a new vispy/wgpu.

By the way, some initial playing gives me 12-15 FPS with default settings. Much more (30+ FPS) if I increase the max_buffered_frames, would need to play with this with an actual interactive example to see what a good value could be, because a higher max_buffered_frames may also mean more lag. Anyway, not bad at all, and we've not gotten to #3 yet :D
