Open files with extension ".frex" #17

Frex shall registers itself as a handler for the file extension ".frex", so if 
the user attempts to open a file named "wonderful.frex" Frex would launch and 
receive an Intent containing the information on the file’s location and its 
data can be imported.

Frex can now open '*.frex' files from local device or internet URL.
