Maybe we can do it in the same file where we output the config file. Let's talk tomorrow about the content of the output file:

Datastring of the analysis
Version of the docker container
Version of the tool installed (AFNI version...)
Config file used to invoke the Docker container
Environment variables

Note: need to make sure that the docker version (which is already an argument to prfanalyze.sh) is also noted in the output file--can use the docker tag but also the docker unique id.
