[ ] Update the design of the vf-dropdown on the vf-site

The examples shown for the vf-dropdown on the vf site do not have the background colour or drop shadow found on the figma component.

Update the component on the live site to have a background colour - white #FFFFFF --vf-color--neutral--0 and a drop shadow.

[ ] Fix broken ARIA menu: vf-dropdown

When testing the vf-dropdown using the wave accessibility tool, it gives a “Broken ARIA menu” error.

Fix the accessibility issue for the vf-dropdown
