Chore: update utility spacing names #28

In the vf-design-tokens v2.0.0 the naming of the space classes has been updated (vf-u-margin__bottom--xs is now vf-u-margin__bottom--100)

This makes those changes.

Background:

As a reminder, this change is only implemented when a project opts into the newest version.
