Release VF 2.0 v1.0.0

With the vf-core engine largely unchanged for several months, we're ready for a 1.0 release.

The components can of course change, but that won't affect the vf-core engine.

To do:

• [x] make a blog post
• [x] make release notes
• [x] tag a 1.0 release and push to npm

As with many of our releases, this isn't a big party externally. But it does signal that we're confident in production use.
