fix block/iframe id for acf block renders in gutenberg editor #1276

This fixes part 1 of https://github.com/visual-framework/vf-wp/issues/1275

Thanks @dbushell for the quick fix. Since you changed the id, will this work with existing blocks as well where the user has already created content using these blocks.

@sandykadam yes it should be fine. But there are other bugs so don't merge this just yet!
