Bug: inconsitent date format on documents theme #805

Noticed the document theme puts out a date in US format:

"February 3, 2021 "

Also, the date on the right doesn't match? (2 Feb vs 3 Feb)

Do we need the date in two spots?

I'm assuming the February 3rd would be the 'published date' and if there's an update it's mentioned (perhaps 'last updated' if applicable)

Obviously -- what I'd assume makes no sense from the dates in the screenshot.
