GitHub Actions to Periodically Run Getting Started Examples

This PR adds a GitHub workflow to automatically run the Getting Started examples daily to ensure the examples are not breaking.

Currently, we are only running the examples on Ubuntu 22.04 (Python 3.9) and covering the following examples
