Split Enrichment notebook into smaller notebooks #297

This PR splits the enrichment notebooks into smaller notebooks:

Notebook 1 - Zero shot classification using RAM and Tag2Text.
Notebook 2 - Zero shot detection using Grounding DINO.
Notebook 3 - Zero shot segmentation using the Segment Anything Model.
