Each issue should represent either a long term theme (called an "epic" in agile) or a specific block of work.

In here you can see a basic definitation of the work at the top, and then the process of implementing that work.

Each section of work has its own comment, links to relevant commits and a Bibliography. The bibligraphy shows which web pages I used to design the step
