Change city label format

Change the format / display of labels:

• [x] Change font to Helvetica

  • line 232 tmforum.globe.html

• [ ] Change colour of font to deep purple with no white edging

• [ ] Remove grey background box

Made these changes in commit bdb762a. The changes are stored in branch "feature/city_label_format" until Chris has done working on the master branch / on the server.

I also added some scale-based transparency and sizing which looks relatively pretty but can easily be removed later if you don't like it, John.
