Add Globe title and Logo + other page border adjustments

• [ ] This requires moving the search bar / home button etc .. pleae move these to bottom left.

• [ ] Please also move the Cesium + copyright notice to bottom right

I'm going to have a go at this but I can't guarantee it'll look good!

I can get the credit text in another container using options of the Viewer constructor (see below) but it largely ignores my requests to move the div to the right...

Additionally, there isn't an option switch to move the globe controls from the top right so we might need to rethink where we overlay their branding.

Changes are in the "feature/branding" branch. It would be worth someone else testing it on their screen but below is what the branding looks like on mine.
