Reposition the 'home' view to be over the middle east (not america) #26

There is a 'home' button - currently top right, this recentres the map over america. Paul has requested that this home position is over the middle east. No specific coordinates given

Pushed a new branch (feature/home_position_middleeast), I used the below StackOverflow advice to set the defaults.
