As I understand it that widget is internally known as the infoBox and I haven't seen any controls to move it around. At the moment we're creating the infoBox implicitly by defining description data for the Cesium data objects so I think we either need to

find a way to create the box explicitly with a given size and location, or
find the viewer properties which hold the size and location.

Any thoughts, Chris?

So I dug out the HTML container for the infoBox ('viewer.infoBox.container') and got the below. <div class="cesium-viewer-infoBoxContainer">

We might be able to do something by messing with the CSS for that class, but the InfoBox interface itself has no controls for its physical size and location. https://cesiumjs.org/Cesium/Build/Documentation/InfoBox.html
