Make granularity sharper #39

Currently countries are showing, but client has requested sharpness of image as particularly important to him. Please add level of granularity to OSmap to evidence i / we have listened to what he wants and acomodated as best as possible

the answer is a simple number. currently set at 4. Each level of granuality (upwards to about 20) gives details on the map, which IMO are bad, but also arbtirarily from our perspective also affect the pixel density of the background image.
