Your message I've just put my Miami spa back into service after winterizing. Unfortunately, the card doesn't seem to work anymore. When I try an hwtestinfo I get this result:

From what I understand, I have a lot of errors on all the pins. Could this be due to a defective level shifter?

Yes, there is a lot of errors! Could be corrosion, faulty level shifter or ESP, broken cables etc.
