feat: Most recent X axis date lock #1437

Closes #1426

This PR further aligns styles to match with the design and adds a most recent date lock in X axis.

How to test

  1. Go to this link.
  2. Go to Horizontal Axis.
  3. See that it's possible to pin the To date to the most recent one.
