✅ Application error when trying to publish a dashboard #1532

When trying to publish a dashboard an error is thrown.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a visualization and duplicate the charts to create a dashboard
  2. In the layout step select dashboard
  3. Publish chart and see error

Works on TEST as expected, so I am moving this ticket to Internal Review (test)
