Set up basic analytics on chart views #1611

Currently, we lack information on chart views. This could be beneficial for a myriad of reasons:

potential "Trending" page, where we could display most popular charts in e.g. the last week,
Varnish cache invalidation for most popular charts,
personal statistics on charts for logged-in users,
aggregated statistics for product owners, that could see how much exposure Visualize has,
etc.

In the first step, we will set up a new table in our database, that will keep the information on number of views of every chart.
