Reduce duplication of metadata (ideally single source) #35

Currently exists in three places - a great start and will help efficiency if we can reduce to ~ 1 place

May be solved/addressed with Wax task functions - see #45

This should be good now! Should be able to use wax processes to generate the data for item detail pages, browse pages, and search.
