add plugin installation groovy script #6

This script will try to find a plugin using the Plugin Update Center and install it if found Jenkins will then restart after the installation.

I don't think it is possible to install plugins without Jenkins being started.

Thanks for your contribution. Sorry I never got around to trying out your change. Sadly haven’t had any time to work on jenkins or cicd systems for 3 years... not even sure if this technique is necessary anymore with modern jenkins.
