Can't rename tag which contains the character 'À' #1

Installed product versions

Description

If a tag contains the character 'À', the extention can't rename the tag.

Steps to recreate

  1. Create the tag "À confirmer"
  2. Go in the Extention
  3. Select the tag "À confirmer"
  4. Select Actions
  5. Select Rename Tag
  6. Enter a new tag name.
  7. Press OK

Current behavior

The extension will display the following message: À Confirmer is not found.

Expected behavior

The ability to rename the tag.

I think I have a fix, I tested it under VS2015 see https://github.com/visualstudiogeeks/TagAdmin2015/issues/3 I tested under VS2017 RTM and it works also.

I have the same issue when tag contains the character ':'
