Fix patroni.yml: Remove extra '+' from 'endfor' in etcd3.hosts #490

if 'dcs_exists' is 'true' and 'dcs_type' is 'etcd'

Fixed:

AnsibleError: template error while templating string: expected token 'end of statement block', got '+'
