TODO: Add support for Alibaba Cloud #792

With the release of version 2.0, postgresql_cluster has been integrated with major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, and Hetzner Cloud.

Proposal: Add support for Alibaba Cloud, one of the leading cloud platforms, particularly popular in China. This will expand the reach of our solution to new markets.
