• anonymised information for github link and ethics
• PDF is now aligned with the original one using \def\pt@size{11pt} instead of \def\pt@size{10pt} in jmlr.cls (my fault here as last year abstract used 10pt).

Dear ML4H Organisers,

Find attached requested changes for Submission Number 136:

• anonymised information for ethics.
• github is omitted in the updated version. It is important to note that github link is currently private and code and data will available upon acceptance of our work (also stated in the updated pdf).
• updated PDF is aligned with the original template using \def\pt@size{11pt} instead of \def\pt@size{10pt} in jmlr.cls (my bad here as last year abstracts used 10pt).

The list of changes in the updated PDF are:

• reduced abstract length,
• used only three keywords,
• reduced figure1 size and caption length,
• reduced figure2 size and caption length,
• reduced introduction length,
• moved classification of echochardiograms section to appendix and make minor readability changes in section 2,
• minor changes to reduce length of ML study case section, and
• minor changes in the all section to fit its length to 4 pages.
