bower install requires "angularUtils-pagination" #472

I am trying to install xeditable through bower and i am getting an error saying

bower ENOTFOUND Package angularUtils-pagination not found

My question is 1) why does xeditable need angularUtils-pagination for its installation and 2) The bower installation does not happen even after installing the angularUtils-pagination directive through bower.
