Alias he to iw for Hebrew #92

It seems like it would make more sense for he to alias to iw instead of Hebrew aliasing to both iw and he. This is especially problematic because he is not the Google Translate accepted code, if if Hebrew is input it could lead to missed translation.

Never mind, apparently he works, though I can't say I understand why.

Apparently Google Translate accepts he in the API but not in https://translate.google.com/?sl=auto&tl=he&op=translate
