Missing files bootstrap-wysihtml5-0.0.3 js and css in repo #1060

Hi, docs recommend include this files: js/inputs-ext/wysihtml5/bootstrap-wysihtml5-0.0.3/bootstrap-wysihtml5-0.0.3.css js/inputs-ext/wysihtml5/bootstrap-wysihtml5-0.0.3/bootstrap-wysihtml5-0.0.3.min.js

There are no such files in the repository, but in the examples page are exist and working:
