bootstrap 3 date arrow icon bug #451

I recently discovered the calendar to be using the wrong left right arrow icon css. The left right arrows css in the js file should be updated to use the following.

I guess it did, I found my issue to be a duplicate of https://github.com/vitalets/x-editable/issues/435 so this issue can either be closed or merged.
