http://www.malot.fr/bootstrap-datetimepicker/index.php it's here，but just a datetime picker,im trying on create it myself.The screen shot comes from google adwords manage. it pick time period.

thanks for examples, I get your idea. Btw, is your task only for 'in day' periods, or it can be cross day ?

it's a in day periods.the whole aim is pick up some periods in a week.i am trying to finish in day period pick up first.
