Notifications via pushbullet and email, repeated?

I am testing the notifications with pushbullet and email smtp. after several test I am getting only one notification from one device only, not all other devices as expected. where I can debug this, check and see to give further information and details, in order to post here, because now I am little lost on where to find the issue.

on device config and edit? what is the check notification status?

You need to make sure that user, which you expect to receive notification does have access to the device.

Notification status check box. Now after testing is sending notifications. but. it is sending old notifications also, when the check box was not enabled, and after checking, it started sending all notifications. How long does it take to send new notifications? once they are triggered.

This sounds like a bug. In current ("basic") implementation once notification is sent it will never be sent again.

How long does it take to send new notifications? once they are triggered.

Thread sending notifications starts every minute. But the email delivery can be delayed. AFAIR by specification delivery may take several days, so there is no guarantee that you will receive it in an instant.
