Which version of Eclipse are you using? Juno?

I think you can install it manually from here: https://www.eclipse.org/m2e-wtp/download/ Or add the site to the eclipse plugin lookup. I don't quite remember how it is done now in Eclipse cuz I'm using IntelliJ Idea. From my previous investigation everything was just installed from Eclipse MarketPlace.

more easily to use IntelliJ Idea or eclipse?

From my point of view IntelliJ is better. It requires a paid version to work with GWT.

GWT support is included only in paid version.

You need to compile project first and run it with GWT run configuration. If you just open it in the web browser there will be no javascript, which has the main logic of project (traccar.nocache.js)

It's hard to tell by screen shot. You should look at all these 53 errors.
