Hello, Please I need assistance. My GV320 tracker doesn't show on the map. I have tried ports 5003 to 5005 but no success. First I notices GV320 is not on the list of supported trackers. Please is there a way around this. Thanks for your support.

Below is the server log. 2016-05-27 16:10:43 INFO: [706F892E] connected 2016-05-27 16:10:43 DEBUG: [706F892E: 5004 < 41.190.3.109] HEX: 2b41434b3a47544842442c3045303530322c3836323839343032313431353232322c2c32303136303532373136313034352c3030383124 2016-05-27 16:10:43 DEBUG: [706F892E: 5004 > 41.190.3.109] HEX: 2b5341434b3a47544842442c3045303530322c3030383124 2016-05-27 16:10:44 DEBUG: [706F892E: 5004 < 41.190.3.109] HEX: 2b524553503a47545044502c3045303530322c3836323839343032313431353232322c2c32303136303532373136313033392c3030383024 2016-05-27 16:11:04 DEBUG: [706F892E: 5004 < 41.190.3.109] HEX: 2b524553503a47545044502c3045303530322c3836323839343032313431353232322c2c32303136303532373136313033392c3030383024 2016-05-27 16:11:24 DEBUG: [706F892E: 5004 < 41.190.3.109] HEX: 2b524553503a47545044502c3045303530322c3836323839343032313431353232322c2c32303136303532373136313033392c3030383024 2016-05-27 16:11:44 DEBUG: [706F892E: 5004 < 41.190.3.109] HEX: 2b524553503a47545044502c3045303530322c3836323839343032313431353232322c2c32303136303532373136313033392c3030383024 2016-05-27 16:12:04 DEBUG: [706F892E: 5004 < 41.190.3.109] HEX: 2b524553503a47545044502c3045303530322c3836323839343032313431353232322c2c32303136303532373136313033392c3030383024 2016-05-27 16:12:24 INFO: [706F892E] disconnected

Looks like either your device is configured incorrectly or you are using the wrong port. Please try asking on the "backend" issue tracker here: https://github.com/tananaev/traccar/issues

Thanks for your quick response. I have checked but there is not much information on backend to help me. When I decoded the HEX, I realized they are heart beat messages. It means the server is not receiving location updates.

Pls anyone with such experience?

Actually I meant to ask same question on the issue tracker related with "backend" application.

When I decoded the HEX, I realized they are heart beat messages. It means the server is not receiving location updates.

I think this could mean that your device does not send the location updates. Are you sure it is configured properly?
