Add address, speed and time column option to devices view #996

Hi @vitalidze i'll like to suggest that the status icon, latest address, time and speed be added to the device view like this below, as an option, it'll be useful for managing large fleet. tweblatest

And possibly another table view like the one below which i created with php and traccar-web database for latest location and time which can be accessed through a button. screenshot 71

will this support in 3.9 traccar version?
