Waveform preview - unit depictions of the grid lines #9

AS the waveform preview is drawn, the grid lines should clearly labeled in terms of the values they represent.

I WANT TO have a value labels shown on top of the respective, key gridlines.

AC The labels drawn and dynamicaly moving along with the gridlines.

Actually the commit 077dfb743100133636cd91e615867fae1dd44d6a doesn't provide the vertical grid.

Mistakes were made.
