Fixes #59. Closes #70.

[x] Embed SVG using URI and an optimal CSP technique matching VS Code core.
[x] Compute SVG metadata using the VS Code extension side.
[x] Use vscode.workspace.fs to handle all our filesystem ops for browser support.
[x] Abstract all preview logic.
~~Improve resource path property in preview and the manager's state management?~~

@vitaliymaz got this working, please try it and merge! I didn't create a PreviewBase class but I did move as much as I could to other files
