Move to src layout #58

10 created a pyproject.toml file.

It might be good to be able to install the whole application as a package (from github, or local editable), so that:

pip can manage dependencies
can use pip to install versions #36
we can add cli scripts without need for windows aliases etc

No intention to upload to pypi, just helpful to package this up.

must have tests (#14) in place before restructuring
could consider allowing uvicorn main to work as it does now to avoid deployment issues
