Send invoices to xero from link_db

Upload orders that went via bacs (line items not flagged as online)

• from either a found set or query
  • anything not sent to xero
  • flagged as bacs (or just not online, investigate)
  • send invoice number, customer, vat, due date etc doesn't need to explicitly link to customer, except if xero - does that auitomatically via email
  • new invoice should be approved rather than draft

This does not look simple enough to complete in the time allocated, due to the complexities of Oauth authentication.

The postman collection and instructions from Xero do not appear to work as advertised.

Suggestion is that instead outputting a properly formatted CSV with the appropriate column headings would allow import into Xero more easily.
