Added HackingLab and fixed typo #116

Added european hacking platform "HackingLab", which offers an all set up VM to it's users, which you can use to VPN into their network and participate in challenges ranging from easy to extremely hard. They also host the annual cyber security championships of Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Also, they host the "Hackvent" and "Hacky Easter" challenges each year.

Also I fixed a typo from beggainers -> beginners
