[Feature Request] Add .pttune support #2238

".pttune" is a music file made in PxTone. There are a few games that use it, like Rockman 7 FC and Rockman 8 FC. Would be awesome if ZxTune could play that file type.

well, rockman 8 fc has 57 tracks rockman 7 fc has almost the same amount so it's about 100 tracks. i've also seen a website that has a collection of pttune music uploaded by users.
