Why

We typically use BOTS in secure environments that have to meet specific compliance regulations (e.g. HIPAA). We use AWS IAM authentication to ensure automatic password rotation for DB access.

What

[x] IAM auth is used for internal BOTS DB
[ ] IAM auth is used for DBs used in in/out communication channels
[x] Document how to configure and deploy BOTS with IAM auth
